The tower is really great to visit. The view is amazing. It’s a good experience.
It was a disappointment that the time we had reserved wasn’t available. We got a message from the organization on the day we had the reservation. We though it already was arranged because we bought the tickets 2 weeks before. That was a bummer!

We pre-booked tickets to avoid any stress or excessive queuing on the day, but unfortunately, despite us checking beforehand, the tickets were not in the correct format and weren’t initially accepted at the ticket desk. It was sorted promptly by the company following a frantic phone call from the desk, but it was noisy, stressful and any time we would’ve saved was wasted trying to sort this on the day!

The Burj Khalifa is very impressive but one of those sights that once visited I wouldn’t rush back to do again - entered via a huge mall, incredibly busy, lots of queues and unable to move for people taking selfies!!
