The dining experience was good. Will recommend to others. The tour company was good and regularly updated. The menu was finalized one day before going for the dinner so we could expect what to eat. Organized very well and memorable evening

SAL restaurant at burj Al arab is fantastic. It’s a fine dining restaurant.RSVP need to be make in advance.Service staff very attentive. Well dine in a 7 star hotel…of course everything must be in tip top service.

Superó mis expectativas la experiencia, me brindaron un menú de alta cocina fusión incluso dos opciones de Plato fuerte y postre que fue más de lo esperado, el servicio excelente digno de un restaurant en un hotel de 7 estrellas, y la asistencia del encargado turístico fue la mejor en todo el proceso, muy recomendado.

Mangel: Es ist derart kalt, dass Damen auf Wunsch gerne einen Pashmina Schal angeboten bekommen. Ohne diesen wären wir vorzeitig gegangen.

2005 waren wir zum ersten mal in diesem wunderschönen und komfortablen Hotel. Da war es das einzige 7 Sterne Hotel der Welt mit einem extravaganten Komfort. 2019 bei unserem nächsten Besuch hatte es nur mehr 5 Sterne. In den Suiten hat sich nichts verändert. Das Service ist nach wie vor auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Was sich aber zum Nachteil des Hotels verändert hat, die Lobby ist täglich übervoll mit Rucksacktouristen, die nur Fotos machen und nichts konsumieren. Dies ist sehr störend und dem Image dieses Prachtvollen Hotel nicht zuträglich. Das Kulinarische Erlebnis ist besonders zu erwähnen. Der 3 Micheline Sterne Küchenchef im 28.Stock und sein Restaurant Leiter sind Weltklasse.
