Amazing and Authentic Desert Experience

Our guide Ali arrived exactly on pick up time and we spent the time driving out to the desert learning all about Dubai. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable answering all the questions we had about the city and the UAE. He also explained the training and special licensing the tour guides must get in order to drive on the dunes.
When we did arrive to the desert Ali prepared the car and deflated all the tires. Once we started to drive on the dunes it was clear Ali had plenty of experience and skill to give an exhilarating but safe ride. The dune bashing was completely new experience for myself and my wife and it was incredible. Riding the ridges of the dunes and going over peaks was an honestly breathtaking way to see the real desert for the first time. Ali was a great driver!
We stopped on top of the highest peak in the area for photographs and sand boarding. Ali took some great photographs and had poses planed out to get the most out of the shoot.
After dune bashing we went to ride a dune buggy ourselves and check out the gift shop. Another guide accompanied us by riding ahead through the desert while my wife and I took turns driving the buggy. The course was a little tamer than we had gone on earlier (which was a good thing for first timers) but still extremely fun. In the middle we stopped again for more photographs and met with a falcon trainer who let us take pictures with it. At first we held the falcon with a special glove, but for some of the poses it sat on our bare hands. It was surprisingly gentle and not sharp to the skin - overall a very calm and peaceful animal that was well trained.
When we got back the last activity was a camel ride. We opted to ride together and another guide took us out to the dunes and assisted with photographs. The camel was well trained and behaved. You really have to hold on when its getting up or down as it is a massive animal but it and the bird we're both sweet let us pet them.
Overall this was the most memorable part of our trip to Dubai and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting. The price was unbeatable for the experience and we were very pleased with our guide Ali. Be sure to check out the different types of safari's they offer if you are looking for sunrise, morning, all-day, or night experiences. We did this on our last day but would've liked to try the night-time as well to see the stars.

Camel Toes & Dune Bashing Kings 4 Liiife!

After a pickup, str8 to atv if you would like... Then off to dune bashing! Ali is the best at whipping thru the Sahara! The longest rolercoaster ryde i have ever taken! Buckleup! After you will take a short walk into the desert where pictures will be taken for a Gr8 memory, for a minimal price, but you can also do you own! Souvenirs to chose from, then a trip back to start point or otherwise. Greatest VALUE in all Dubai!

Fantastic experience and tour. We did the morning desert safari. The tour was well planned and pickup was on time from the hotel. Everything was well organized and our tour guide Ali was very knowledgeable and superb. All in all, the experience was really worth it.

This was a very good trip, our package included the dune bashing, the sand boarding and a camel ride. We got free water. We paid AED250 for 2 people for 20 minutes of quad biking. Because we paid by card there was an extra charge of AED10.
The guys are very good at taking plenty of pictures too.
