Great fun at base and with uogrades

What a surprising great time. I knew this would a bit of a touristy kind of outing, but in contrast to the glitz and glamour of Dubai, it was a nice change of pace. Originally, we had planned to drive ourselves, but luckily we decided to use a shared car. The driver was a great tour guide and helped us navigate the experience.
The camp has a number of fun things. The Dune bash was a blast! Even the long camel ride, which was our original reason for the excursion, was not really long enough but my daughter enjoyed it.
The pictures in the dunes were amazing at dusk.
The belly dancer was rather cliche, but the lady really worked hard. The fire dancer and other dancer also made a real effort and we appreciate that it took skill and practice to do the work that they did.
Please note that everything includes a possible upgrade from the seats, food, size of henna tattoo, drinks, photos taken by photographer, length of camel rides, sand sculptures etc. BUT... It did seem fair to me. I did not really upgrade anything except the camel ride and we had a great time.
Final note.... They ask for cash for everything so make sure to have cash. Cards are possible but they want to upcharge for that. Finally, with cash everything is negotiable. I only had a little cash but wanted a couple of the pictures. I got them for a fraction of the price without the cardboard holder. Win-win. :)

When we go back, I will go again and this time pay a little more for a real 30 min camel ride. I'm sure they will find a way to accommodate me.

Initially i was sceptical about the guided tour.
However, everything was beyond my expectations
From the dessert safari to the Barbeque sizzlers were all nothing but enthrilling experience.

And the best part was the professionalism of the staff

This desert safari covers everything. The dune bashing was such a thrilling experience with our guide and driver Mr.shiraz. Our Arabian Desert safari was whimsical and will strongly recommend this tour company as they are prompt in correspondence and were kind enough to accommodate us with a 4 year old.

Worth the Price, Even Better with Extra

We had a great time from beginning to end. We were picked up from a meeting point and driven to the campsite in Al Ain which was far. Through this trip, we didn't pay extra for anything, but there was always an offer to do so. We went on about a 10 minute dune bash ride then got to ride a camel in a small circle within its enclosure. We didn't pay for the long camel ride or 4-wheeler rides. We went into the campsite for tea, a small henna drawing for girls, and a very small photo-op for men. The evening included a small Indian snack for the appetizer, an open buffet-style dinner (1 plate), Arab dancers and a fire show. By the end of the night, we were full, tired, and satisfied.
