This is our first time visiting Dubai; this tour has certainly exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Bilal is such a caring and experience tour guide. He has provided us a thorough history about Dubai and UAE and the deep rooted customs of the Arab World. He arrived at our pickup location 15 minutes before the tour started and was right on the spot on each tourist attraction, just at the right pace…..he also shared about his work experiences during the tour, making us feel so comfortable and relax throughout the journey. What an amazing tour and an amazing tour guy!

Tour: Goed georganiseerd. Werden door onze gids opgehaald en geleid naar alle geplande activiteiten, in een volgorde die we zelf konden aangeven. Hierdoor hebben we de Moskee in de avond kunnen doen, wat zeer aangenaam was. Ook bij de activiteiten zelf waren alle tickets etc. goed geregeld.

Gids: Bilal, een zeer vriendelijke man. Gaf ons veel info over de dingen die we tegen kwamen, ook wanneer we vragen over andere zaken stelden had hij steeds een antwoord. Hij legde ook de nodige flexibiliteit aan de dag die we wouden. Wel dwong hij ons in een shop 1x waar we verplicht moesten blijven van hem en op ongepaste wijze “aangevallen” werden door verkopers. Dit was zeer onaangenaam.
